Dr. Heather Saran, DO, is originally from Portland, Oregon, but has made Arizona her home. She fell in love with the sunshine while attending Arizona State University. She then fell in love with her husband Dr. Craig Saran who is also a Sun Devil.

Dr. Heather Saran attended Medical School at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, and then completed a Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at The Ohio State University.

Dr. Heather Saran treats patients with a wide range of Endocrine conditions. She also has extensive training and experience with modern diabetes technologies, non-surgical procedures for thyroid nodules, and gender affirming hormone therapy.

Her philosophy centers on viewing each patient as an individual and partnering with each patient to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plan. Her treatment approach emphasizes preventative treatment.

Dr. Heather Saran is the proud mother of two girls. In her free time enjoys ballet, yoga, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
